The Cooling Phase: Root Causes of Packaging Deformation

  When cooling begins, external pressure falls quickly due to steam condensation. Meanwhile, internal pouch pressure remains high, leading to:

  • Thermal Shock Loss: Glass breakage due to extreme temperature gradients.

1. Automatic Water Replenishment System

  The system smoothly injects cold water via the auto-inlet valve. This accelerates heat exchange while providing physical support for flexible packaging.

2. Precise Counter-Pressure Compensation

  At the instant pressure drops, the control system triggers the air admission valve to introduce compressed air (0.15–0.2 MPa). This "air-maintained pressure" ensures internal autoclave pressure consistently exceeds the internal packaging pressure.

3. Maintenance for Longevity

  To ensure an 8-year service life, it is recommended to clean scale every three months. Drainage pipes must be steel to handle the immense waste heat energy during discharge.
